Information Provided By You
Any information you provide to us will be handled in accordance with Genworth Mortgage Insurance's privacy policy, which is posted on this site.
By providing your phone number and pressing "Submit" on the screen where you supply information to one or more lenders, you have given express permission for each lender you selected to contact you by phone, regardless of whether or not you are listed on any do not call and/or do not email registry.
Changes
Genworth Mortgage Insurance reserves the right to change, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, at any time. Changes to this Agreement will be effective when such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Genworth Mortgage Insurance may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the HomeNOW Site, including the availability of any offers appearing on the Site, at any time. Genworth Mortgage Insurance may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire Site without notice or liability.

Homebuyer Privileges--Additional Terms and Conditions
- Time Limit:
-By signing on to the HomeNOW site, the Consumer acknowledges that his of her right to access the site and order goods and services will end 18 months from the date he or she first registers. Orders placed prior to that date will be honored if they are otherwise properly entered.
-Individual Offers have their own expiration timeframes and limitations. For example, some offers are one-time offers. Once you have fulfilled that offer, you will not have access to that offer again.
- Eligibility:You must be 18 or older to participate in this program. Your must provide certain information to us in order to register for the program. Purchase of private mortgage insurance is not required.
- Changes:Offers are subject to change and are not available through all builders or in all states.
- No Separate Warranties or Indemnities:All offers are made by the individual Vendors, and the only warranties, if any, applicable to any goods or services purchased under the Program will be provided by the Vendor. GENWORTH HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO ANY GOODS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE HOMEBUYER PRIVILEGESsm PROGRAM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, MARKETABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. - Other Applicable Terms:Registrants are also subject to the general Usage Agreement for the HomeNOW.com site.

HomeNOW Gift Card Offer Terms & Conditions
Genworth Mortgage Insurance is offering a special gift to consumers who select Genworth for their mortgage insurance needs. In order to qualify for this special gift, each of the following must occur:
- You must purchase a home with a HomeNOW Participant
- You must select Genworth Mortgage Insurance* as your mortgage insurance provider (you may do so on this website or by calling our ActionCenter® at 1-877-434-6631)
- You must close your loan with mortgage insurance from Genworth
- You must close a loan with a HomeNOW Participating Lender
- You must supply us with your lender’s name and the Genworth mortgage insurance commitment/certificate number after your loan closing
Currently, the HomeNOW gift consists of a gift card to your choice of several popular retailers such as Target and Home Depot. The amount of the gift card is determined by your insured loan amount. If your starting loan balance is under $150,000 you will receive a $100 gift card. If your starting loan balance is at least $150,000 but less than $250,000 you will receive a $250 gift card. If your starting loan balance is $250,000 or greater, you will receive a $500 gift card.
- Upon receiving confirmation that Genworth has received all your required information, please allow 30 days for processing and mailing of your gift card. Please contact the Genworth ActionCenter® at 1-877-434-6631 if you have any questions regarding the redemption process.
